Sir,
Sincerely, I appeared before you in court and wrote that the defendant No. 1 above is not my husband and wife. After marrying Fatema Begum, my daughter went missing about 4 years ago, after my marriage, my daughter went to her husband's house to fix their family. The two of them took birth as a daughter because of their married life. After the marriage of the defendant, my daughter was subjected to physical torture due to her absence. My daughter is well-advised to do everything in her husband's family. Again and again, at the provocation of the defendant of 2-4, the defendant No. 1 came to my house because my daughter treated different types of torture on her daughter. And the defendants take arbitration. On the day of the incident on 2/9/016, the defendants kept my daughter abruptly beaten and tortured in different places of Shari. I heard the news of the people and went to the bar of the protesters and called the people of the village there to apply the arbitrator. The people of the Salis meeting did not hesitate to start a quarrel and even start the fight. Then the people of Shalis suggested to bring my daughter. As a result, I took my daughter and went to Haripur Sadar Hospital to get treatment. After the treatment my daughter was living in my house. Therefore, I am applying for justice, without any hesitation. Detailed verbal disclosure will be published in the prison.

Regardless of the above-mentioned issues, it is the duty of the judge to justify the case for the sake of justice.
